We are the recipient of the Eastern Kentucky Coal County Transformation Grant, comprised of Big Sandy Community and Technical College, Hazard Community and Technical College, Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College, Shaping Our Appalachia Region (SOAR), and Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program (EKCEP). Digital Careers NOW, in collaboration with our partners, will be the 21st Century vehicle of influence that will grow our digital economy in Eastern Kentucky.

It is our mission to provide in-hand career opportunities through an accelerated training model, along with industry led internships. This transformative pathway will allow career-seekers to seize real-time opportunities with seasoned companies, both locally and globally. Our overall goal is to change the business landscape of Eastern Kentucky through digital innovation.

We at Digital Careers Now (DCN) are excited about our most recent partnership with Prosphere and the opportunities we are providing for their employees. Our team met with over 75 new hires and provided them with communications training, emphasizing attention to detail, active listening, stress management, and creating a professional presence. We also hosted an ED2GO webinar and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundations course, which details practices for IT service management and which culminates in a nationally recognized certification. DCN funded these efforts in our strong efforts to change the business landscape of Eastern Kentucky and grow our economy, one person at a time.
