We have designed services and training opportunities to increase economic development in our region. From industrial maintenance and team building to computer robotics instruction and continuing education for those licensed in technical careers, we provide excellent training services to employees of all trades to upgrade their skills.

Apprentice Opportunities

Apprenticeships are a smart way to enter well-paying jobs in growing fields, such as advanced manufacturing, HVAC and automotive. They're even expanding into other in-demand fields, including information technology, cybersecurity, and business.

Commercial Drivers License (CDL)

The Commercial Driver's License (CDL) program is offered through Workforce Solutions at SKCTC. The CDL program is designed for individuals with little or no commercial driving experience in preparation for an entry-level position in the trucking industry.

Continuing Education

Community Education functions as a center of lifelong learning for everyone from the young to the young at heart. From cakes to dulcimers to flowers to languages and beyond, we strive to meet your personal enrichment interests.

Education to Go

Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College is proud to offer a wide variety of online continuing education courses with our partner Education To Go, a nationally recognized leader in online instruction. Each course generally consists of 2 lessons per week for 6 weeks.
