Transfer Liaison Schedule

The best part of the Career and Transfer Service Centers is the Transfer Liaison. Since 2009, Georgeina Billings has been the Transfer Liaison for all five campuses of Southeast. She continues to assist students to find direction and understand what is necessary to transition smoothly to the next college or job. In partnership with the counselors, she assures the centers have all the necessary resources to assist the students explore and pursuit their education at the next level.

Georgeina Billings has worked at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College for 28 years. During this time, she has held several administrative support positions and even taught classes for the college as an adjunct instructor. Ms. Billings holds a bachelor s degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum College.
