Career and Transfer Services Center
Career And Transfer Services (CATS) Center is here to help you complete what you have
started at Southeast. Whether you are undecided about your career, deciding where
to transfer, or getting ready to look for a job after graduation, we have services
to assist you.
Our primary mission is to assist students in making the transition from Southeast
to another college/university. The Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees
are designed to provide the general core of any four year college degree. There are
numerous options for completing your bachelor's degree - many which were not available
only a few years ago.
CATS is a resource to help you with decisions about your career, transfer college/university,
and finding employment. There is a CATS center located on each campus. There are counselors
at Harlan, Middlesboro, and Whitesburg to assist you. The centers are full of excellent
resources to help.
It is never too early to begin thinking about your major and transfer institution.
Transitioning to the next level of education or employment does not have to be difficult.
Drop- in or make an appointment for assistance with these important decisions.
