Gale includes: Academic OneFile - The premier source for peer-reviewed, full-text articles from the world's leading journals and references. Opposing Viewpoints in Context - A comprehensive resource for information on today's most important social issues. Health Reference Center-Academic - Articles and reference material on health, medicine, and safety. Health and Wellness Resource Center - Articles and reference material from the consumer's heath perspective. |

EBSCO contains a wide variety of popular full-text and bibliographic databases, which include full-text plus abstracts and indexing for thousands of journals and periodicals. A wide range of subjects are covered including business, education, the social sciences and medicine. There are also 35 full-text national and international newspapers, and selective full-text of 375 regional U.S. newspapers. EBSCO also offers Searchasaurus, Kids Search and Student Research Center for younger scholars. |

eBooks from Ebsco contains electronic books on a wide variety of academic subjects. Users can preview an e-book online, peruse a page, read each page in depth, jump to specific chapters or pages, or use links in the Table of Contents or Index to go directly to specific chapters of interest. Every word in every ebook is searchable. eBooks can be viewed online and in many cases downloaded to computers or mobile devices. |

Kentucky Virtual Library contains links to book catalogs from almost 30 Kentucky libraries (academic, public, & corporate) and links to databases to find magazine articles. There is also access to the Kentuckiana Digital Library, which provides access to shared digital archive collections. |

Salem Health provides access to two important reference works:
Magill's Medical Guide describes major diseases and disorders of the human body, the basics of human anatomy and physiology, specializations in medical practice, and common surgical and nonsurgical procedures. Psychology and Mental Health covers not only the history of the field and the core aspects of behaviorism, cognitive psychology, and psychoanalytic psychology, but also diagnoses, disorders, treatments, tests, notable people, and other issues. The Lab Training Library is a training resource that builds competency in clinical laboratory testing. Study and take exams on units such as urinalysis, phlebotomy, and microbiology. New users will need to register with an email address and will need to get a new lab code from the Circulation Desk. |
