All SKCTC graduates, please arrive at Harlan County High School for check-in by 5:30 p.m. The graduation ceremony will begin at 6:00 p.m. Arriving on time ensures a smooth and hassle-free check-in process.

To ensure consistency and uniformity, the caps and gowns the graduating students wear will be in Southeast blue. We understand that each graduate has unique achievements, and we encourage them to decorate their caps creatively to celebrate them. We ask graduates to wear fully zipped commencement gowns for a professional and dignified look.

Please ensure that you select Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical as your bookstore option. You can also buy your cap and gown directly from the SKCTC Bookstore. Please note that ordering graduation regalia online or in person through the Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College B&N Bookstore is mandatory.

The SKCTC staff will take individual photos of the attendees at the upcoming ceremony. These photos may be shared on different social media platforms. Additionally, the ceremony will be live streamed on May 2, 2024. If you do not want your photos to be shared on social media, please contact Rechelle Sampson at rsampson@0002@kctcs.edu.
