Annual Kingdom Come Swappin' Meetin' Vendor Application

Kingdom Come Swappin’ Meetin’ Rules

  1. Set up time begins at 12:00 noon on Thursday and at 7:30 a.m. Friday with the Festival Opening at 9:00 a.m.
  2. Booth Spaces are approximately 9’ x 12’.
  3. Craft booth fee is $30.
  4. Food booth fee is $70 for non-professionals.
  5. Food booth fee is $100 for professionals.
  6. Vendor fees are due no later than September 5, 2025 by close of business.
  7. Food vendors are responsible for abiding by Health Department regulations including the food permit fee. At least one person in your booth should have a valid food handlers license unless otherwise instructed by the Health Department. If you have questions about the food handlers license or food permit fee, please contact the Health Department directly at 606-573-4820.
  8. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and chairs. The Health Department will visit food booths on festival day. 
  9. Majority of items must be handcrafted unless special clearance from the Swappin’ Meetin’ Committee.
  10. The Swappin’ Meetin’ Committee cannot guarantee electrical power for all booths. We strongly encourage you to bring a generator if possible.
  11. Vendors using electricity must have an extension cord with a minimum of 12-guage rating.
  12. There is a $50 fee for electrical and/or water usage.
  13. No marshmallow guns, tasers, pepper spray, silly string, sling shots, blow guns, bow and arrows, BB Guns, knives, or poppers may be offered for sale.

  16. Any vendor not adhering to the Swappin’ Meetin’ regulations may be expelled from the festival without prior notice.
  17. The Swappin’ Meetin’ is an outdoor festival and will be held regardless of rain, sleet, snow, or sunshine.
  18. No Refunds available due to festival expenses.
