Middlesboro Spring Fling is fun-filled good time

The Spring Fling held on the Middlesboro campus in late April proved to be a fun-filled event attracting many SKCTC students and guests from Middlesboro High School and Knox Central High School. College recruiter Kim Maynard directed the event and was assisted by college staff and faculty. The event featured food, contests and music and also contained advising and tours of the campus. Surgical tech and respiratory students set up information tables and joined the advising sessions. Students also collected information about admission to the college, financial aid, transfer, bookstore services and the library. Faculty Gary Steenbergen and Darrell Walker did classroom presentations while Anne LeJeune conducted an advising segment.
