46th commencement held May 6, Blevins delivers address to grads
The 46th annual commencement and awarding of degrees at Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College was held May 6 at Harlan County High School. The graduating class, numbering over 400, received degrees and diplomas during the service. Students from each of the college s five campuses participated. Delivering the keynote address to the graduates was Dr. Vivian B. Blevins who served as president of Southeast from 1983 until 1986.
