Express Enrollment

Express Enrollment makes it easy to apply, complete your enrollment steps, and register for Fall 2026 classes.

Express Enrollment takes place from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays. To request an evening appointment or receive assistance by phone, call 606.589.3391. You may also email southeast-admissions@kctcs.edu. 

At Express Enrollment, you can:

• Apply to SKCTC for free
• Meet with financial aid staff
• Learn about the Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship
• Submit required documents
• Take placement tests, if needed
• Register for Fall 2026 classes

Returning Students
If you are a returning student, please contact your advisor to register. Each advisor has a preferred method of contact. (You need to be ready to enroll or a current student; if you’re not sure, please call 606-589-3391 or Walk-in). Phone and video appointments are often available.
