Warren F. Gray, director of library services for Southeast Kentucky Community
amp; Technical College, will represent the Kentucky Community and Technical System
during the upcoming Kentucky Virtual Library Alliance conference slated for Frankfort.
He will assume a leadership position within the KYVLs new governing structure.
