    The seventh annual Winter Commencement and the Awarding of Degrees at SKCTC was held recently in the Edsel Godbey Appalachian Center at Cumberland. Graduates from each of the five campuses participated. Professor Larry Lafollette, college archivist and professor, delivered the keynote address.
