The annual Lillian Faye Simpson Southeast Scholarship Golf Classic set for June 9

The annual Lillian Faye Simpson Southeast Scholarship Golf Classic, an event that generates much-needed funds for scholarships for deserving students wishing to attend Southeast Kentucky Community amp; Technical College, will be held Saturday, June 9 at the Sleepy Hollow Golf Course in Cumberland.

The event, an 18-hole, select-shot best ball scramble format competition, will get under way at 9:30 a.m. with registration set from 8 until 9 a.m.
