Harlan County has a diverse population with many great cooks and we would love to sample as many dishes as possible, noted Carolyn M. Sundy, SKCTC director of special programs and diversity. Beginning at 7 oclock, a program featuring dance, music and poetry celebrating the ethnic diversity of Harlan County, will get underway in the centers theater.
