Southeast students celebrate graduation during 5th annual December commencement

Professor Astor Simpson delivered the keynote address during the fifth annual Southeast Kentucky Community amp; Technical College December Commencement and Awarding of Credentials ceremony held recently on the Cumberland campus. Professor Simpson, who teaches at the Middlesboro campus, was the first member of the colleges faculty to deliver the key address. Degrees and certificates were awarded to graduates representing each of the SKCTC campuses located in Harlan, Bell and Letcher counties.
