Exam Day 1 - Monday, May 6 2013

Exam Day 5 - Friday, May 10, 2013

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. All classes that meet onFriday at 11: 15 a.m.

Evening classes should schedule finals on the day and time the class would normally meet during final exams week.

Irregular days and/or times (e.g., nursing, radiography, Physical Therapist Assistant classes) have been used for a few classes and labs. Exams for these classes can be scheduled during the regular class meeting time or scheduled in the time slot for the class closest to their regular lecture time.

INCLEMENT WEATHER SCHEDULE: If the college is on a delay, all finals will start at 10:30 and shift one exam period later in the day. If the college is closed, the college will announce an alternative exam date.

Any student with THREE examinations scheduled on one day shall be entitled to have an examination rescheduled. The student must submit a petition for rescheduling, IN WRITING, to the Chief Academic Officer no later than one week prior to the last class meeting. Special arrangements slots have been scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday.

All classes will meet in their regularly scheduled classroom unless otherwise posted.

Final grades should be submitted to the Registrars Office by Friday, May 10, 2013. Final grades for Saturday classes should be submitted by Monday, May 13, 2013.
