    Social Media seminar for small businesses to be offered

    A workshop dealing with Social Media for Small Businesses will be presented Thursday, July 7 on the Cumberland campus of Southeast Kentucky Community amp; Technical College under the leadership of Kevin Norvell information technology chief for the Kentucky Small Business Development Centers central office.

    The session, free and open to the public, will be held in Falkenstine Hall.

    During the workshop, Norvell will explain social medias essential role in small business and how to use social media to grow ones business. Additionally, the workshop will serve to explore the importance of social media as a communication, collaboration and information sharing tool used in recent natural disasters.
