CUMBERLAND, Ky. The performances will take place at 7 p.m. on June 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th. Admission is $5.

The production includes The Old Sow and Her Three Shoats, Jack and the Kings Daughter, Cat N Mouse, Jack and the Robbers and Jack Hunts Christmas. Cast members include Dustin Haley of Cumberland, Brooke Eads of Cumberland, Anna Caudill of Totz, Olivia Creech of Benham, Eric Creech of Benham, Emily Honaker of Lynch, James Honaker of Lynch, Abrielle Sherman of Lynch, Lily Clem of Baxter, Maggie Clem of Baxter, Wendy Clem of Baxter, with Professor Michael Corriston of Totz serving as the director.

The Jack Tales are Appalachian folk tales with Jack as the hero. Some of the tales originated from European folk tales brought over to America centuries ago. The Appalachian people then turned those into what we know today and added more tales into the mix.
