The Nursing Program at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College will
have their Annual Mock Disaster Drill on Wednesday April 22th, 2015 at 11: 00 a.m.
on the Harlan Campus of SKCTC. This is an annual training and skills test for the
Colleges nursing students to prepare them for a real life disaster situation. State,
County, and local police departments along with many other first responders from area
fire departments, ambulance services and several helicopter services will be participating,
along with Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. This is only a Mock Drill and not
a real disaster.
