Local author Ann Dudley Matheny, left, joined Dr. Judy Leonard, director of advancement at Southeast Kentucky Community amp; Technical College along with Jeff Bowling, donor, Bob Vaughn, Bell County SKCTC campaign chairman and Amy Simpson, director of the Bowling Family History Project.
