Junior high school students were invited to the Middlesboro campus recently to take part Science Day event

Junior high school students were invited to the Middlesboro campus recently to take part in the Science Day event. The occasion was organized by SKCTC faculty Joseph Johnson and Rajiv Singh who were assisted by college recruiter Kim Maynard and Southeast students. Over 90 junior high pupils took a tour of the campus accompanied by Southeast Student Ambassadors Beth Grubbs and Monica Perkins, participated in a financial aid informational session with Financial Aid Coordinator Andrea Woods and also received classroom instruction and performed various chemistry and physics experiments.
