Harlan County Safety Days mine rescue competition held Cumberland campus

The second annual Harlan County Safety Days mine rescue competition was held on the Cumberland campus of Southeast Kentucky Community amp; Technical College. The event was staged in conjunction with the local chamber of commerce and the Kentucky Coal Academy of which SKCTC is affiliated. Some 19 teams from six states took part in the event held July 23-26.
