Commissioner for the Kentucky Department of Travel and Tourism visits Portal 31

Michael K. Cooper, commissioner for the Kentucky Department of Travel and Tourism, recently toured the Portal 31 exhibition mine at Lynch. Accompanying the commissioner was Dr. W. Bruce Ayers, left, president of Southeast Kentucky Community amp; Technical College, Ed Harris, Tracy Bailey and portal tour leader Steve Harris.
