- Proof of ARRT registry in Radiography or sophomore radiography status.
- Proof of ARRT registry in Radiography and KY Radiation Operator’s Certification is required for IMG 285.
- A Provisional Kentucky license is required for Nuclear Medicine Technologists.
- The pre-requisite and/or co-requisite for IMG 285 is at least two of the four didactic
courses.
The clinical schedule will be as accommodating as possible. - The CT certificate program is designed for registered radiographers, nuclear medicine technologists and students in either discipline with sophomore standing.
- Sophomore radiography students are not eligible to take IMG 285 until after graduation and passing the ARRT Registry Examination in Radiography.
- The sophomore radiography or nuclear medicine technology student should be aware that federal financial aid will not pay for CT certificate courses taken while enrolled in their primary plan of study, since it is not part of that curriculum. The exception is IMG 230 for nuclear medicine students, if the course is required as part of their nuclear medicine technology plan of study.
