Downloading files to the hard drive or tampering with computer hardware is prohibited; such files will be promptly and automatically deleted.

Academic usage takes priority over recreational use. At least one-third of the computers at each campus library are reserved for research only, and these computers are only to be used for academic purposes. The remaining computers may also be reserved for academic use at times when the demand is heavy or when they are needed for library instruction purposes.

Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College students will be given priority over other computer users.

The cost to print from a computer is 10 per page. Computer printing costs will be deducted from users' PaperCut account. Additional funds may be added to PaperCut accounts in the Business Office. The library is not responsible for lost PaperCut funds due to technical errors. The cost to make a photocopy is 10 per page. The cost to print from microform readers is 25 per page.
