Parking Regulations

Campus speed limit is NO more than 10 mph
No parking in fire lanes, crosswalks, or guest parking
No parking in Handicap Zones without permit
Driving a motor vehicle (including motorcycles) on campus property; other an authorized road, driveway, or parking area is prohibited
All vehicles shall be parked within the marked boundaries of a parking space
Students shall park only in Student designated parking areas
No disabled or inoperative vehicles shall be parked on any campus for a period of 48 hours without the approval of campus administration
Any vehicle left on campus in excess of 48 hours may be towed at owner’s expense
Any vehicle parked on campus must display the appropriate SKCTC parking permit. The permit must hang from the review mirror or be placed on the dashboard, in plain view.
Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College assumes no liability for the protection of any vehicle or its contents while it is parked on campus.
Parking regulations will be enforced on all campuses
