Cultural Diversity

SKCTC approaches diversity from an organizational development perspective, which ensures diversity efforts are infused throughout all functions and at all levels of the organization.  The college diversity plan (see below) shows evidence of this commitment.  It also shows our ongoing effort to create programs that increase college and career readiness.
