AHEC Health Career Expo held at Harlan Center

The annual Southeast Kentucky Health Career Expo sponsored by the Area Health Education Center, with offices located on the Cumberland campus of Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College and headed by Tiffany B. Scott, was held recently at the Harlan Center. The event attracted several hundred high school seniors from across the region where they learned of various career opportunities within the allied health field. Local heath care providers and representatives of institutions of higher education manned booths where the students received information about various opportunities within the field.
