Mailbox Size has Increased
Your mailbox size has increased! After the upgrade, your email will hold up to 1 GB of storage. Before your storage space reaches its limit, you will receive a warning that the mailbox is almost full at 900 MB. You will beprohibited from sending messages when 950 MB is reached. At 1 GB, you will be prohibited from sending and receiving email.
If your phone has been set to sync with the previous KCTCS email system prior to the upgrade, you will now need to set up yourmobile device to work with 365. The directions can be found at http://www.kctcs.edu/email/FAQs.
Your password must be changed via KCTCS User Account Center. You will need to know your student id number to use the User Account Center. Attempting to change your password through your mailbox will fail. For more information, visit http://www.kctcs.edu/email/FAQs.
