Southeast offers you a wide range of academic, technical, and cultural programs to meet your needs.  Our academic transfer programs offer Associate of Arts and Associate of Science Degrees that transfer very easily to four-year institutions.   We have certificate programs that fit together with your current employment so you can advance or open the door to a new career.  We also offer a wide range of cultural opportunities for you to engage in, such as community art and theater productions, while learning more about the history, culture, and traditions of southeast Kentucky and Appalachia.

CUMBERLAND, Ky. – Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKCTC) President Lynn Moore announced today she is resigning effective December 31st to pursue other opportunities. Moore joined SKCTC in June 2013.

CUMBERLAND, Ky. – He has had many accomplishments in his life, from banker, to Poke Sallet Festival coordinator, to Harlan County Judge Executive. On Saturday, October 1st, Dan Mosley will add one more to the growing list: Kingdom Come Swappin’ Meetin’ honoree.
