KCTCS President Dr. McCall conducts listening tour of Southeast

Dr. Michael B. McCall, president of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, conducted a listening tour November 15 visiting SKCTC sites at Whitesburg, Cumberland, Harlan and Pineville. During the tour, he met with faculty and staff collecting input regarding ways and means of transforming the system to a loftier status. KCTCS, which began 15 years ago, is considered to be one of the preeminent systems in the United States.
